HEALTH CERTIFICATE REQUEST

$8.00 per certificate if the horses receive the CORE (Tetanus, Rabies, West-Nile, Eastern and Western Encephalitis) Vaccine through us.
$25 per certificate if no CORE Vaccination.

A health certificate is valid for 30 days after signing to one specific location. During the 30 days you may use the same health certificate to the destination as many times as you would like. The health certificate may include any horse/s that are owned by you. If a horse owned by another individual is going, they will have to have a separate health certificate.
